Created a custom welcome card and team logo to elevate the onboarding experience for new sales team members at ZipRecruiter. The goal was to foster connection and team pride from day one—using brand-aligned visuals, approachable typography, and a clean, motivational layout. The final assets reinforced internal culture, strengthened the sense of belonging, and brought a more personalized touch to the company’s onboarding process.

The Challenge
