Black & White Portraits with Daniel Wagner

Daniel had reached out to me on Instagram. He was looking to update his headshots. We set up a time and location for the shoot and got on with it. We started in downtown Los Angeles and walked to the Santa Monica Pier. Daniel did not have a shoe on, and while we were shooting, Daniel had a splinter in his foot.

I went running around looking for a band-aid, and it took me a long time to find one. Of course, I had to pull it out, and there was snot way to do that without causing Daniel some pain. I hated doing that, but we had to take it out. We then decided to call it a night and head back. But Daniel wanted to continue shooting portrait, and I thought we came up with some nice shoots taking into consideration what he went through.

I’ve decided to share some of the Black & White shots and will probably be going to share some of the color once son. Daniel has a beautiful personality, and I was honored to have the opportunity to work with him. I wish the day didn’t end the way it did, but I guess things happen for a reason, right?

I would love to hear your comments and thoughts about the shoot. Please, the conversation going. It is important to me as it will help me improve and grow.
